Affordability- Another Great Reason to Choose Evanston!

According to a new study from the Center for Neighborhood Technology, Evanston proves to be the only Chicago North Shore neighborhood where the housing is affordable to those making the metro areas median household income of $51,680.

The study shows that housing costs 23 of Evanston's 56 census tract block groups are considered affordable. This information is based on the average home costing no more than 30% of the household income.
